Overview

Intepros is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of a multi-instance ServiceNow platform environment. This role will focus on end-to-end architecture with a strong emphasis on CMDB, while supporting ITSM and ITAM capabilities.

This is a post–greenfield implementation environment, where the architect will be responsible for optimizing the platform, establishing standards, and driving scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across a multi-instance environment
• Lead solution design and platform governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
• Define and evolve CMDB strategy, including data model, governance, and data quality frameworks
• Architect solutions across ITSM and ITAM modules, ensuring scalability and performance
• Drive integration strategy with AWS, leveraging API-based architectures
• Partner with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Review architecture and code to enforce development standards and best practices
• Provide guidance on platform capabilities, roadmap, and optimization opportunities
• Establish governance frameworks, design patterns, and reusable components
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, and operations teams
