Accenture is seeking an experienced Manager, Modern IT Service Management to design SIAM models and engineer platform-agnostic ITSM solutions for complex enterprise environments. You will balance detailed process design with the broader adoption of a transformed service model across multiple suppliers.

Travel may be required, and you will contribute to proposals, client workshops, and governance structures to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in IT service management, service integration, or ITSM platform engineering with depth to design SIAM models and re-engineer operating models.
• Minimum 7+ years designing or implementing SIAM models, including governance and cross-provider integration.
• Minimum 5+ years configuring or specifying ITSM platforms across multiple tooling platforms.
• Minimum 3+ years of ITIL 4 and practical application to DevOps, product, and agile contexts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or 6 years if Associate degree.

Responsabilités

• Design SIAM models and architecture documentation for multi-vendor environments.
• Engineer platform-agnostic ITSM solutions across ServiceNow, BMC Helix, JSM, and others.
• Redesign operating models with defined roles, governance forums, and decision rights.
• Design and re-engineer ITSM processes across incident, change, problem, and knowledge management.
• Define data flows and reporting for SIAM visibility and control.
• Produce implementation-ready deliverables and supporting client workshops.
