Job summary

Slate is seeking an energetic SI&OP Manager to lead a team of analysts and own the Sales Inventory and Operations Planning process across multiple Slate units, including vehicles, services, parts, and merch. You will forecast demand, optimize inventory, and align procurement and production to meet customer needs.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Finance to develop a rolling 12- to 24-month executable plan, driving KPI improvements in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management, preferably SI&OP or Demand Planning.
• 2+ years of previous manager experience in a Supply Chain role.
• Strong analytical skills and forecasting knowledge; able to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of SI&OP Analysts responsible for multiple Slate business units through the S&OP process.
• Standardize SI&OP processes across units and drive continuous improvement to KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Finance to develop forecasts and demand plans.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts and document adjustments to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production to meet demand.
