Job summary

Slate is seeking a Material / Inventory Analyst to oversee service parts planning, purchasing, and inventory across our warehouse/3PL network. You will collaborate with SI&OP, 3PL partners, and suppliers to optimize stocking levels and ensure availability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Supply Chain with strong ERP, Excel, and data-analytic skills, plus a proactive, team-first mindset in a startup environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent preferred.
3+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Material Management.
Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills with ERP and Excel expertise.
Experience with ERP and data-analysis tools (Tableau/Alteryx/SmartSheets).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with SI&OP to understand part requirements and planning.
Place and track purchase orders with suppliers via ERP system.
Review lead times and MOQs with suppliers to optimize inventory.
Monitor inventory levels and expedite/de-expedite orders as needed.
Develop parts-level strategies to drive efficient inventory control.
