Vail Resorts, Inc. in New York seeks a Reservation Agent for our winter season. You will provide local expertise for shuttle and transportation options, create and modify reservations, and guide guests to choose best solutions for their travel needs using our reservation system.

You’ll join a team with competitive hourly pay, housing options, and opportunities to grow through Epic Service training. No prior experience required; English fluency is essential, with a focus on friendly, professional

• Answer phones in a polite, professional, andtimely manner
• Create and update reservations forour Shared Shuttles, Private cars, and Charter Vans
• Understand Products and Services so you can effectively provide guests with options that will meet their transportation needs
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with both guests and coworkers in a high paced and busy atmosphere
• Interface with internal departments including dispatch, operations, and Group Sales Representatives.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Summary

As a Reservation Agent, you will create an Experience of a Lifetime for our guests by providing local expertise and guidance for our shared shuttle buses, private cars, and charter vans using our reservation system. You will be expected to understand our services and products so that you can coordinate & book the guests’ travel needs.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: Yes

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
