Hunter Mountain Ski Bowl, Inc. is seeking seasonal Retail associates to deliver outstanding guest service and help guests find the right outdoor gear. You will work with a team to maintain safety, accuracy of pricing, and showcase products with enthusiasm.

The role offers full-time and part-time hours for the Winter Season, with wage range and benefits described in the posting. Strong communication in English and a positive, customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead others.
• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active environment for extended periods.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $25.20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
