Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 as a Reservation Agent to provide local expertise and guidance for shuttle buses, private cars, and charter vans using our reservation system. You will understand our services to coordinate and book guests’ travel needs.

Starting wages range from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour for a winter seasonal position with housing availability. The role emphasizes guest service, training, and opportunities within a leading mountain resort network.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
• Create and update reservations for our Shared Shuttles, Private cars, and Charter Vans.
• Understand Products and Services so you can effectively provide guests with options that will meet their transportation needs.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with both guests and coworkers in a high paced and busy atmosphere.
• Interface with internal departments including dispatch, operations, and Group Sales Representatives.
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
