Job summary

SP+ in Houston is seeking a Supervisor of Shuttle Operations to oversee daily shuttle activities, ensure operations stay within contractual guidelines, and maintain professional client relations.

The role requires minimal high school education with some supervisory DOT-regulated shuttle operations experience, a valid driver’s license, and a DOT Medical Card. Availability for various shifts and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus minimal month related experience or training.
• Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate) required.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of shuttle operations within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management of day-to-day activities of the locations.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment under the Facility Manager.
• Report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Possess thorough knowledge of shuttle routes, landmarks, and area boundaries.
• Complete other duties as needed.
