Job summary

SP+ in Cleveland, OH, is hiring for a Transportation/Shuttle Operations Manager to lead programs that improve client and customer satisfaction. You will supervise shuttle drivers, manage day-to-day location activities, and ensure safe, efficient operations with accurate closing reports and revenue controls.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience in transport or parking, a CDL with Passenger Endorsement, and a DOT Medical Card.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
At least 1 year supervisory experience in transportation or parking.
CDL with Passenger Endorsement required where applicable.
DOT Medical Card required.
Experience with DOT regulations and safety compliance is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
Assist in the management of day-to-day activities at the assigned locations.
Supervise shuttle drivers and monitoring of shuttle operations.
Ensure appropriate customer interaction and supervise closing reports.
Monitor and implement revenue control procedures.
Assist with daily data entry of revenue reports and analyze reports daily for facility operations.
