Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Shuttle Driver DOT to ensure safe operation of shuttle buses and efficient passenger transport. The role emphasizes punctuality, uniformed presentation, and adherence to DOT regulations while serving customers across locations in the Cleveland area.

Ideal candidates will possess a CDL, a valid DOT Medical Card, and the ability to communicate clearly with passengers and staff. Availability for varied shifts including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client and customer experience guided by SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain clean bus interiors; fuel buses and log trips.
• Be punctual, in uniform, and ready to work on scheduled days.
• Assist passengers, including those with disabilities; operate shuttle buses at airports when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of garage areas, streets, landmarks and freeways for seamless transport.
• Assist customers with luggage and travel items and support the Facility Manager.
