SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring for a shuttle operations role in Erlanger, KY. The position supports day-to-day shuttle management, emphasizes safety, and requires CDL with passenger endorsement where applicable. You will help ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations.

The role includes duties from equipment maintenance to responding to incidents, while adhering to policies. A DOT Medical Card and high school diploma or equivalent are required; shifts may vary, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimal related experience.
• DOT-regulated shuttle operations experience preferred.
• CDL Class A or B Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement depending on location needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of shuttle operations within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management duties at assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers and maintain a professional image.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment as directed by Facility Manager.
• Report accidents or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Be knowledgeable about shuttle routes and area landmarks.
• Complete other duties as needed.
