Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring for a shuttle operations role at the Cleveland location. The job involves assisting in daily shuttle operations, ensuring compliance with DOT-regulated guidelines, and maintaining equipment.

Priority is on safety, customer service, and efficient service. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, CDL with Passenger Endorsement when required, and a DOT Medical Card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with minimal related experience or training.
• Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operation preferred.
• CDL Class A or B Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement when operating shuttle buses with 15+ passengers.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate) required.
• Availability for second/third shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly; listens and asks questions for clarification.
• Written communication: writes clearly and reads information.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the day-to-day management of the assigned locations.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of equipment and general maintenance as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents or safety violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with debris cleanup and other tasks as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of shuttle operation areas and routes.
