SP+ in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Shuttle Driver DOT to operate shuttle buses safely and transport passengers efficiently. You will help customers, perform inspections, log trips, and assist disabled passengers while maintaining a professional appearance and on-time attendance.

Must have valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a DOT Medical Card. This role may require 3rd shift or weekend availability; candidates should be prepared for a physically active position with the ability to lift up to

Qualifikationen

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or 1 month related experience.
• License: Valid CDL Class A, B or C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card: Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) required.
• Availability to Work: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Language: Read/write simple instructions and present information to customers and employees.
• Math: Basic arithmetic with dollars and cents.
• Appearance: Neat, clean, in uniform.
• Physical: Stand/walk, lift up to 75 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional client and customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise.
• Inspect vehicles, keep bus interiors clean, fuel buses, log trips, assist disabled passengers.
• Be on time, in uniform, and ready to work.
• Carry valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement while on duty.
• Maintain DMV record in good standing.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to Facility Manager.
• Notify garage about debris, spills, or hazards.
• Substitute for Cashiers or Valets when needed.
• Know garage layout and local streets to assist customers.
• Assist customers with luggage where applicable (airport locations).
• Assist Facility Manager with other duties.
