Job summary

LAZ Parking in Washington, DC is seeking an Office Manager to oversee administrative functions for the Port of Galveston Shuttle Operations. You will support programs, initiatives, and the operational needs of the shuttle team, ensuring smooth daily office activities and accuracy in driver records.

Responsibilities include managing phones and emails, maintaining DOT/non-DOT driver files, onboarding support, payroll accuracy for drivers, and preparing reports for leadership.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of administrative experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including phones, emails, supplies, filing, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain records for DOT and non-DOT drivers and renewals.
  • Assist with driver onboarding, training coordination, and schedule/route communications.
  • Support scheduling, attendance tracking, and payroll accuracy for shuttle drivers.
  • Prepare reports, logs and incident documentation for leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and admin support for managers and visiting teams.
  • Assist with inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support safety and maintenance coordination and vehicle service tracking.
  • Help during peak cruise operations with dispatch, communication, and check-in.
  • Identify and solve administrative or operational issues proactively.
