Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Maintenance Operations Supervisor to oversee the Dallas Fort Worth Shuttle Bus Wash, Fueling and Maintenance program. This full-time role supports the General Manager and ensures operational success of shuttle operations.

You will lead hourly staff, ensure safety standards, coordinate training, manage schedules, fleet maintenance, and daily reports, while upholding LAZ Way values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years' experience in a commercial transportation or paratransit operation.
• 2 years of management experience; parking or transportation industry preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and ADA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist AGM with daily operational needs and policy implementation.
• Manage hourly staff across shuttle wash, fueling, maintenance, dispatch and customer support.
• Promote safety and enforce company standards and corrective action when needed.
• Develop schedules, write assignments, and monitor work quality.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance development for shuttle employees.
• Handle daily reports and coordinate fleet maintenance and supplies.
