Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a DFW Shuttle Dispatcher to oversee shuttle routing and coordination, ensuring safe and timely passenger transport. You will monitor shuttle movements, communicate with drivers, and adapt routes for weather or traffic while maintaining clear liaison with supervisors.

The role requires strong problem-solving, multitasking, and familiarity with AVL systems, dispatch software, GPS, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatcher experience in transportation or logistics.
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routing and coordination of shuttle services for on-time performance.
• Maintain communication with drivers and supervisors about schedules, delays and route changes.
• Keep accurate records of shifts, breaks and incidents; prepare daily/weekly operation reports.
