Requires a passenger endorsement, DOT familiarity, and proven management experience in transportation. This role supports the General Manager in delivering 24/7 professional parking operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must have at least 2 years of shuttle driving experience.
• Must have a passenger endorsement and medical certificate.
• 2+ years in a Transportation Manager/leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop team of shuttle drivers at the DFW Airport.
• Manage, plan, train and direct the activities of on-site shuttle drivers.
• Identify high potential employees to support growth.
• Ensure drivers hit routes and pickup times on schedule.
• Oversee transition of new locations from contract to opening with client satisfaction.
