Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5 shuttle service lines and 12 managers plus dispatchers and drivers.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the shuttle operations team to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage shuttle routes, schedules, and staffing for peak periods with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and review annual shuttle operating budget and financial performance.
