Job summary

LAZ Parking seeks a General Manager of Shuttle Operations at DFW Airport to provide full oversight of shuttle services 24/7 and lead a team including an Assistant GM, Operations Managers, Field Supervisors, Dispatchers, Drivers, and Attendants.

You will drive operational excellence, plan routes, manage safety and DOT compliance, and collaborate with airport management to deliver reliable, high-quality service while maximizing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent management of transportation operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse team including drivers and dispatchers.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven team-building and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop a large team, including 8 managers and 8 supervisors.
• Organize shuttle services to meet SLAs and client expectations.
• Oversee shuttle financials, reports, and operational reviews.
• Maximize revenue while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Airport Manager on strategic shuttle initiatives.
• Ensure safety programs and DOT compliance across operations.
