Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop the shuttle team at Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW).
• Supervise and direct the activities of on-site shuttle employees.
• Identify high-potential employees to support growth.
• Ensure drivers follow proper routes and stay on schedule with good customer service.
• Assist in opening new routes as requested by clients.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports.
• Provide feedback to management on performance and concerns.
• Organize and supervise peak operations and other projects as needed.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders during emergencies.
