Job summary

LAZ Parking in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Shuttle Supervisor CDL to oversee operations at the Dallas Fort Worth Airport, ensuring 24/7 professional shuttle management under the Operations Manager. This role leads on-site shuttle teams, enforces DOT compliance, routes, schedules, and safety protocols while delivering excellent customer service.

A Class B CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements is required, plus medical card and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

Must hold Class B CDL with passenger endorsement.
Air brake endorsement and medical card required.
Experience supervising shuttle operations.
DOT compliance experience preferred.
Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.

Responsibilities

Lead, direct, and develop the shuttle team at Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW).
Supervise and direct on-site shuttle employees.
Identify high potential employees to support growth.
Ensure drivers follow routes and provide customer service while staying on schedule.
Execute plans for opening newly assigned routes as requested.
Assist management with contractual requirements.
Complete daily/weekly/monthly/annual operational reports.
Provide feedback on employee performance and concerns.
Implement other projects and initiatives for location operations.
Communicate effectively with all entities during emergencies.
Organize and supervise peak operations as needed.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
