Job summary

LAZ Parking seeks a General Manager of Shuttle Operations at DFW Airport to oversee all shuttle services 24/7. You will lead a large team, ensure safety, reliability, and high customer satisfaction while aligning with client expectations and service-level agreements.

The role reports to the Director of DFW Bussing Operations, managing an extensive staff including managers, supervisors, dispatchers, drivers and attendants, and coordinating with airport stakeholders on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have Class B License
• Must have a passenger endorsement and medical certificate
• Must have experience driving shuttles with air brakes
• Must be at least 21 years old
• 8+ years of experience in a management role, preferably with shuttle/transportation operations
• Experience supervising a large shuttle operations team

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop a large team of employees, including 8 managers, 8 supervisors, dispatchers, drivers and customer service representatives.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly shuttle financials, reports, and operational reviews.
• Ensure revenue is maximized and customer satisfaction is high.
• Collaborate with the Airport Manager to ensure success of projects and initiatives.
• Develop shuttle routes and schedules that align with flight operations and customer needs.
• Manage staffing levels, recruitment, training, and performance management of shuttle drivers and supervisors.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure DOT compliance.
