Job summary

LAZ Parking Texas, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Operations Supervisor for the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport to oversee Shuttle Bus Wash, Fueling and Maintenance services.

The role requires a valid Class A or B license with air brake and passenger endorsements, three years in commercial transportation or paratransit, and two years of management experience. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Strong leadership and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing staff of 20+ employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of DOT and ADA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of shuttle wash, fueling and maintenance at the airport.
• Manage hourly staff including shuttle wash, fueling, maintenance dispatchers and customer support.
• Ensure safety standards and incident reporting in accordance with company policies.
