Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking an Assistant General Manager, NON-CDL Transportation at the DFW Airport site to oversee shuttle operations and driver teams under the General Manager.

This role requires a Bachelor's, 2+ years management, a Passenger Endorsement, and DOT compliance experience; you will drive client satisfaction and ensure contractual obligations are met, with a focus on safety and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in management role.
• Experience supervising shuttle program.
• Experience with DOT compliance and inspections.
• Must have Passenger Endorsement and medical certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop shuttle driver team at the DFW Airport.
• Manage, plan, train and direct on-site shuttle drivers.
• Identify high potential employees to support growth.
• Ensure drivers follow routes and on-time pickups.
• Oversee transition of new locations from contract to opening.
• Develop client relationships and business retention.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and emergencies communication.
