Job summary

Epic Mountain Express in Vail, CO is hiring shuttle drivers for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will transport guests between airports and resorts, delivering safe, high‑quality service and creating an Experience of a Lifetime.

No CDL is required; a clean driving record and English proficiency are essential, with DOT physical clearance. We offer flexible schedules, on‑the‑job training, and housing options.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• No CDL required and training provided (60 hours on road plus classroom).
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Follow scheduled routes from airports to resorts and handle unscheduled pickups as requested by dispatch.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with luggage.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fueling and vehicle cleaning.
• Accurately submit required information and records.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Job Specifications:

• $17.50/hour base wage plus cash and credit card tips
• $20.00/hour minimum earnings, plus opportunities to earn much more for great service (drivers average $30+/hour)
• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow regularly scheduled routes from airports to resorts and respond to requests from dispatch or management for unscheduled pickups or drop-offs
• Provide excellent customer service, loading and unloading guests’ luggage
• Take care of your shuttle with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fueling and cleaning the vehicle at the end of your shift
• Accurately record and submit all required information
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• No CDL required!Epic Mountain Express/CME’s drivers are some of the best drivers on the road, and they are set up for success by providing 60 hours of on the road and classroom training
• Havea Motor Vehicle Record (or list of traffic offenses) that meets company safety standards
• Have a Satisfactory background check
• Be able to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language
• Be able to read, understand and comprehend all Company and regulatory agency forms
• Pass a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination
• Be able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Must be 21 or older by the position start date

The expected pay range is $12.14/hr – $16.04/hr + tips. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
