Job summary

SP+ Shuttle Driver based in West Lafayette, Indiana, is responsible for safe operation of shuttle buses and transporting passengers efficiently. You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain clean buses, and assist customers with directions and luggage as needed.

The role requires a CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a valid DOT Medical Card, plus a reliable work record. Demonstrated punctuality and uniform compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information one-on-one to customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client and customer experiences guided by the SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, fuel buses, log trips, assist passengers.
• Be on time and in uniform for every shift.
• Possess valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and maintain DMV record.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Know garage areas and major streets to assist customers.
