SP Plus Corporation in Buffalo is seeking a shuttle bus operator to ensure safe and efficient transport for passengers. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, fuel buses, and log trips while presenting a neat appearance in uniform.

The role requires a valid state driver’s license, a DMV record in good standing, and flexibility for shift variations including weekends or 3rd shift. Customer service and safety are essential daily duties.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School or one month related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• License: Valid state driver's license and DMV record.
• Availability to work varies; 3rd shift or weekends may be required.
• Language: Ability to read and write simple instructions and memos.
• Mathematical: Ability to handle cash and basic arithmetic.
• Appearance: Neat, clean, and in uniform.
• Physical: Stand/walk; lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle buses safely and responsibly to transport passengers.
• Inspect vehicles, maintain cleanliness, fuel buses, log trips.
• Be punctual and in uniform for all scheduled shifts.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with DMV record.
• Assist customers and refer to the Facility Manager when needed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards or policy violations.
• Know garage areas, streets and landmarks; assist with luggage where applicable.
• May substitute for Cashiers or Valets when required.
