Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a Shuttle Driver in Newark to operate shuttle buses safely and deliver seamless passenger service across busy locations. You will perform inspections, maintain clean interiors, and assist customers efficiently while adhering to DMV and company standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver's license with a current address and an acceptable DMV record.
• High school equivalency or less; training/experience may substitute.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds and operate cash handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client and customer experiences guided by the SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain bus cleanliness, fuel buses, log trips and assist disabled passengers.
• Be on time and in uniform for every shift.
• Know all garage areas and major streets to assist customers smoothly.
• Assist customers with luggage and travel items when applicable.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when authorized.
• Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
