Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Shuttle Driver to operate buses safely and efficiently in the Windsor Locks area. You will deliver exceptional customer service while transporting passengers and ensuring on-time performance.

A valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a DOT Medical Card are required, with an emphasis on safety, reliability, and a professional appearance. The role requires flexibility for shifts including potentially weekends and third shift, adherence to company policy,

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Education: less than high school or minimal related experience.
• License: valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient shuttle service and ensure passengers reach destinations safely.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of buses and interiors.
• Be punctual, in uniform, and maintain proper DMV record.
• Operate shuttle routes knowledgeably and assist disabled passengers when needed.
• Possess strong situational awareness and report safety hazards to management.
