Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is seeking a Shuttle Driver DOT to operate shuttle buses safely and efficiently, ensuring customers reach their destinations with excellent service. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain clean interiors, and log trip counts while upholding uniform standards.

Responsibilities include assisting passengers, adhering to DOT regulations, and communicating with the Facility Manager about safety issues and incidents.

Qualifications

• Education/experience as described: Less than High School or 1 month related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Excellent customer interaction and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient shuttle transportation and assist passengers.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain bus cleanliness and fueling.
• Maintain punctual attendance and proper uniform.
• Possess valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement as required by DOT.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Know local garage areas, streets, landmarks for customer guidance.
• Assist customers with luggage when applicable.
• Support the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
