Job summary

SP+ (SP Plus Corporation) is seeking a shuttle bus operator responsible for the safe operation of shuttles and passenger transport. The role requires maintaining vehicles, assisting passengers, and ensuring punctual, professional service across shifts, including possible 3rd shift or weekend work.

Candidates must have a valid state driver's license and an acceptable DMV record, with a neat uniform and good physical condition to lift up to 75 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or one month related experience.
• License: Valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable DMV record.
• Availability to Work: Special shifts; 3rd shift/weekends may be required.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, write and understand basic instructions and communicate with customers.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic for handling cash and making change.
• Appearance: Neat, clean, full uniform.
• Physical Demands: Stand/walk, lift up to 75 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle buses safely and ensure passenger transport.
• Inspect vehicles, maintain cleanliness, log trips, assist disabled passengers.
• Be punctual, in uniform, and maintain valid license while on duty.
• Assist customers and escalate to Facility Manager when needed.
• Know garage areas and local streets; help with luggage when applicable.
• Substitute for Cashiers or Valets if authorized.
• Support Facility Manager with additional duties.
