SP+ (a Metropolis company) drives checkout-free parking experiences using computer vision and operates in a large, nationwide network. We require punctual, uniformed staff ready to assist customers and maintain safety standards across our garages.

This role involves vehicle inspections, log upkeep, and occasional airport shuttle duties. A valid driver’s license and DOT medical card are required, with a potential for weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and employees.
• Math skills: add/subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide with 10s and 100s.
• Maintain neat appearance and complete uniform.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain bus interior cleanliness; log trip counts and assist disabled passengers.
• Be at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
• Possess a valid state driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Assist customers and direct them to the Facility Manager when needed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris or spills to garage office.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when necessary.
• Know the garage areas and major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
• Assist customers with luggage or travel items, e.g., airport shuttle duties.
• Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
