Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring for a flexible, customer‑facing role in Milwaukee. The position requires ensuring clean buses, assisting passengers, and maintaining safety standards while operating within a parking and garage environment. You will represent the company in uniform and work shifts as assigned, including potential weekends.

The job offers an hourly wage with tips, a uniform, and access to benefits. A valid driver’s license and DOT medical card are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information one-on-one.
• Valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate) required.
• Availability to work special shifts, including 3rd shift and/or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain bus interiors, fuel buses, log trip counts and assist disabled passengers.
• Be punctual and in uniform for all scheduled shifts.
• Assist Customers and direct to Facility Manager when needed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist facility with duties and knowledge of garage areas and local landmarks.
