Job summary

Wilde Honda in Waukesha, Wisconsin is seeking a Shuttle Driver to warmly greet customers and transport them safely between dealership locations. You will ensure a positive customer experience while keeping the shuttle clean and fueled, and assist service staff as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Demonstrated safe driving history and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Transport customers to and from destinations as needed.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic laws.
• Maintain a clean and fueled shuttle vehicle.
• Assist Service Advisors and, when needed, the Service Porter.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs and fuel as scheduled.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area around the shuttle.

You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Reports to: Sales Manager Onsite in: Waukesha, WisconsinWhat You'll DoGreet customers in a friendly and professional manner.Offer customers transportation to and from their destination, providing them a way to contact you if needed for pick-up.Drive cautiously and safely staying within the laws of the road.Ensure the customer's experience while being transported is professional.Drive customer's vehicles in a way that shows respect for their property. Drive safely and with caution.Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean and fueled. Fuel it in the afternoon so it will be ready during the rush in the morning.Ensure that shuttle vehicle has regular maintenance.Maintain clean and organized work area including the shuttle vehicle.Assist Service Advisors as needed.Assist in job duties of Service Porter whenever possible, in his/her absence.Maintain a valid local area driver's license and acceptable driving record.
