Lithia is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Honolulu to greet customers, provide safe transportation, and maintain vehicle readiness. You will work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on courteous service and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a valid state driver’s license, a clean driving record, and basic computer/typing skills. Training and competitive pay accompany a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver’s license in your state of residence with a clean driving record.
• Typing and basic math skills; ability to enter data accurately.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Offer transportation to and from destinations and coordinate pickups.
• Drive safely and legally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Keep shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and maintained.
• Assist Service Advisors as needed.
• Support in the Service Porter duties when available.
• Inform management of any changes in license or driving status.

Honolulu Volkswagen Shuttle DriverHiring: Shuttle DriverPay: $20.00 HourlySchedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Offer customers transportation to and from their destination, providing them a way to contact you if needed for pick-up.
• Drive cautiously and safely staying within the laws of the road.
• Ensure the customer's experience while being transported is professional, stress-free, and timely.
• Drive customer's vehicles in a way that shows respect for their property.
• Drive safely and with caution.
• Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean and fueled.
• Fuel it in the afternoon so it will be ready during the rush in the morning.
• Ensure that shuttle vehicle has regular maintenance.
• Maintain clean and organized work area including the shuttle vehicle.
• Assist Service Advisors as needed.
• Assist in job duties of Service Porter whenever possible, in his/her absence.
• Maintain a valid local area driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Immediately inform management of any changes in status.

Total Rewards

The hourly wage for this position is $20.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
