Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Shuttle Driver for the L0254 Honolulu Volkswagen dealership in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role requires transporting customers, greeting clients, and ensuring safe, courteous service while maintaining the shuttle vehicle and workspace.

You will need a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is an hourly wage of $20, and a comprehensive benefits package accompanies total rewards.

Qualifications

• Typing – ability to type efficiently to enter accurate information into tracking system.
• Mathematics – ability to solve basic math calculations.
• Basic computer skills
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Offer customers transportation to and from their destination, providing them a way to contact you if needed for pick-up.
• Drive cautiously and safely staying within the laws of the road.
• Ensure the customer's experience while being transported is professional, stress-free, and timely.
• Drive customer's vehicles in a way that shows respect for their property.
• Drive safely and with caution.
• Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean and fueled. Fuel it in the afternoon so it will be ready during the rush in the morning.
• Ensure that shuttle vehicle has regular maintenance.
• Maintain clean and organized work area including the shuttle vehicle.
• Assist Service Advisors as needed.
• Assist in job duties of Service Porter whenever possible, in his/her absence.
• Maintain a valid local area driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Immediately inform management of any changes in status.

You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Total Rewards

The hourly wage for this position is $20.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
