Job summary

EVEN Hotel is seeking a friendly Shuttle Driver / Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role combines safe guest transportation with welcoming front desk service.

You will shuttle guests to airports and local destinations, assist with luggage, check guests in and out, answer calls and handle reservations while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor. Open availability is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet company insurance requirements to operate the hotel shuttle.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport hotel guests to and from the airport and other approved local destinations.
• Provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of the hotel shuttle.
• Cross-train and assist at the Front Desk, including Checking guests in and out, Answering phone calls and making reservations, Processing guest payments, Responding to guest requests and resolving concerns, Maintaining accurate guest records.

This unique position combines providing safe and courteous transportation for our guests with delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk.
