Job summary

Total Management Systems, Inc. is seeking a friendly Shuttle Driver to transport guests to and from the airport and local destinations, with early morning shifts to support hotel operations.

You will assist guests with needs, maintain the shuttle, and coordinate with the front desk while providing safe, courteous service to guests in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work in a team.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record; must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and safe shuttle transportation for guests
• Load/unload luggage and assist with check-in support
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness and fuel levels
• Communicate with front desk regarding guest schedules
• Assist with light maintenance and public area cleanliness
• Support laundry, deliveries, and guest requests as needed

Job description

Are you an early riser? We’re seeking a friendly and safety-focused morning Shuttle Driver to transport guests and provide support to hotel operations. In between airport runs and local trips, you’ll assist with guest needs, public areas, and minor maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and safe shuttle transportation for guests
• Load/unload luggage and assist with check-in support
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness and fuel levels
• Communicate with front desk regarding guest schedules
• Assist with light maintenance and public area cleanliness
• Support laundry, deliveries, and guest requests as needed

Must-Haves

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift/push luggage up to 100 lbs
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience in guest service or driving roles
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
