Job summary

Propark Mobility is hiring CDL Shuttle Drivers to join our team in the DMV area, offering full-time and part-time schedules. Earn $21 per hour, with day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts available. You will drive shuttle buses, greet passengers, perform pre/post trip checks, and communicate with dispatch to ensure safe, timely service.

Required: CDL and at least 3 years of driving experience. We provide paid holidays, vacation, benefits, and access to an employee assistance program.

• Communicates with dispatchers via two-way radio about routes, arrivals and delays.
• Performs pre/post trip inspections of shuttle buses.
• Notifies dispatch of potential problems due to traffic or weather.
• Reports accidents or safety situations to supervisor.

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for:

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
• Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Must Haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
• You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
• You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Good To Haves

• Customer service: 1 year+
• Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 1 year+
