Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking Shuttle Drivers to transport customers between facilities and locations in Owensboro, Bowling Green, and Berry. You will greet passengers, assist with loading, and drive a shuttle bus in a safe, professional manner throughout various shifts.

Responsibilities include pre/post trip inspections, coordinating with dispatch, and maintaining high safety standards. Valid license and 3+ years driving required; flexible availability including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and assists with loading/unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus safely and in compliance with traffic and safety rules.
• Monitors vehicle condition and reports any issues.
• Communicates with dispatchers and other staff via two-way radio to coordinate routes and arrivals.
• Performs pre/post-trip inspections and checks for sound operating conditions.
• Notifies dispatch of potential problems related to traffic or weather.
• Reports accidents or safety incidents to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Shift & Schedule

• Bowling Green and Owensboro - Sunday - Friday (Occasionally Saturdays)
• Owensboro - 830am - 12pm
• Owensboro - 830pm - 12 am
• Bowling Green - 7am-12pm
• Bowling Green - 5p-730pm
• Bowling Green - 9pm-1245am
• Monday-Sunday
• Berry - 6am-830
• Berry - 140pm - 5pm
• Berry - 6am-830am

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we’re looking for:

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
• Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Must Haves

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
• You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
• You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
