Job summary

Propark Mobility in Hartford, CT is hiring CDL Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time roles starting immediately. You will drive shuttle buses, greet passengers, assist with loading, and maintain safe operation.

Requirements include a CDL and at least 3 years of driving, being 18+, and the ability to work mornings, afternoons, or evenings. The role offers $23.00 per hour, paid holidays, benefits, and an EAP program.

Responsibilities

• Drive shuttle bus and transport customers to and from the facility.
• Greet passengers and assist with loading/unloading.
• Operate the shuttle safely and comply with traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitor vehicle condition and report malfunctions.
• Communicate with dispatchers via two-way radio about routes and delays.
• Conduct pre/post trip inspections to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Notify dispatch of potential problems due to traffic or weather.
• Report accidents or safety situations.
• Provide courteous, professional service to all customers.

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Location: Hartford, CT

Shift & Schedule: Mornings, Afternoon and Evenings

Must Have: CDL, 3 Years Drivers License

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part‑time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for:

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
• Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Must Haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
