Job summary

Propark Mobility is hiring a Shuttle Driver at Gateway, Commerce City, CO. You will safely drive shuttle bus passengers to and from hotels, greet passengers, assist with baggage, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with passenger endorsement or CDL.
• Minimum of two years licensed driving experience.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical exam.
• Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• DOT medical card may be required.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive shuttle bus passengers to and from the hotel.
• Greet passengers and assist with baggage loading and unloading.
• Operate the vehicle safely and record issues on forms.
• Communicate with dispatchers and other staff via two-way radio.
• Conduct pre/post trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good condition.
• Monitor traffic and weather, notify dispatch of problems.
• Report accidents or safety issues to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treat customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time and On-call

Shifts Available: Mornings,Evenings, Nights, Weekends & Holidays

Must Have: 3 Years Drivers License, 21+ years old

What we're looking for:*

• You will safely drive shuttle bus passengers to and from the hotel.
• You will cheerfully greet passengers and provide assistance with baggage loading and unloading.
• You will always take care to operate the vehicle in a safe manner and will record any issues with the vehcile on the appropriate forms.
• You will Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Must Haves

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• Experience driving shuttle bus or commercial vehicles preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with passenger endorsement or CDL.
• Minimum of two years licensed driving experience.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical exam.
• Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment depending upon customer volume, shift, season, etc.
• Possess positive and professional attitude with strong communication skills.
