Propark Mobility in Wooster, OH is hiring a Dispatcher / Shuttle Driver for full-time shifts from 12:30pm to 8:30pm Tue–Fri and 9:00am to 6:30pm Sat. The role requires a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years and involves transporting customers, assisting with loading, and maintaining safety on the shuttle fleet.

Responsibilities

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and assists with loading/unloading.
• Operates shuttle bus safely and follows traffic and safety rules.
• Monitors vehicle condition and reports issues on forms.
• Communicates with dispatchers and team via two-way radio about routes and delays.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections at shift start/end.
• Notifies dispatch of potential problems due to traffic/weather.
• Treats customers in a courteous, professional manner.

Dispatcher / Shuttle Driver

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Wooster, Ohio

Shifts Available: 12:30pm to 8:30pm Tuesday thru Friday & 9:00am to 6:30pm Saturday

Must Have: 3 Years Drivers License

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for: *

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
• Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Must Haves

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
• You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
• You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
