Job summary

Honolulu Ford is seeking a Service Porter to greet customers, move vehicles through the service lane, and keep the lot organized at our onsite location. This full-time role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support peak periods.

You will drive cars, assist the shuttle, and help the service receptionist with calls, while demonstrating friendly, reliable customer service and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome service customers.
• Identify the service advisor with whom the customer has an appointment and notify that advisor.
• Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot.
• Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when the customer pays their bill or as the advisor directs.
• Maintain organization of the parking lot and service department work areas.
• Assist the Service Receptionist with incoming telephone calls.
• Assist Shuttle driver when needed.
• Perform clerical tasks as assigned by service management.
