Lithia & Driveway’s L0806 Porsche Minneapolis dealership is hiring a Lot Porter to keep the lot and showroom area organized and assist sales and service teams. The role involves moving vehicles, maintaining display areas, and delivering vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for repairs.
• Move and position vehicles to support sales and showroom displays.

• Monitor tire pressure and add air/fuel as needed.
• Notify management of general vehicle repairs or building maintenance.
• Run errands to support the store operations.

What You'll do

• Greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for repairs.
• Move and work with vehicles to maintain display and support sales activities.
• Delivers vehicles & assist shuttle driver as required.
• Thoroughly clean and maintain all vehicles.
• Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel as needed.
• Recognize general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance and notify management.
• Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom and lot.
• Run miscellaneous errands for the store.

Final Rewards

This is an hourly based role that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $18. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
