Job summary

LAZ Parking Texas, LLC is hiring a DFW Shuttle Dispatcher in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee shuttle routing, coordinate drivers, and ensure safe, timely transport for passengers.

You will use AVL and dispatch software, communicate route changes, monitor schedules, and prepare daily operational reports while maintaining compliance with safety standards. This role requires strong problem-solving and multitasking, with flexibility for early shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Dispatcher experience in transportation or logistics.
• CDL preferred, not required.
• Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routing and coordination of shuttle services for on-time performance.
• Communicate route changes, delays, and passenger information to drivers.
• Track shuttle locations, schedules, and driver breaks; prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and vehicle readiness; coordinate maintenance as needed.
