LAZ Parking in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Shuttle Dispatcher to oversee routing and coordination of shuttle services, ensuring on-time transport for passengers and maintaining clear communication with drivers and supervisors.

This fast-paced role requires excellent problem-solving, strong multitasking, and a commitment to safe, reliable transportation. You will use AVL and dispatch software to assign shuttles, monitor breaks, and report operational issues to management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dispatcher in transportation or logistics.
• CDL preferred, not required.
• Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch coordination to ensure on-time performance and efficient routing.
• Communicate route adjustments, passenger information, meal breaks, and emergencies to drivers.
• Track shuttle locations and schedules to anticipate delays or issues.
• Coordinate shuttle schedules based on demand and driver availability.
• Optimize routes to minimize travel time and fuel use.
• Adjust schedules as needed due to weather or traffic.
• Serve as main contact for drivers and supervisors and report issues to management.
• Maintain records of driver shifts and breaks; prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
