Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers, assist with luggage, and provide information about local area.
• Safely transport passengers to and from airport terminals and parking areas.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the shuttle vehicle.
• Communicate with dispatch using two-way radio and follow directions from supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with state driving regulations and airport safety rules.
• Maintain cleanliness and a neat appearance of the shuttle and uniform.
• Complete accident/incident reports promptly as needed.
• Assist passengers with boarding/exiting and handle routine maintenance tasks.
