DFW Shuttle Dispatcher
The Spirit of the Position:
The Shuttle Dispatcher will assist in overseeing the routing and coordination of shuttle services. The Shuttle Dispatcher will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely transport for passengers, monitoring shuttle movements, providing and monitoring shuttle driver break timeand maintaining clear communication with both drivers and supervisors. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong multitasking skills, and a commitment to providing safe and reliable transportation services.
Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards.
Fast-paced, often requiring quick decisions and adjustments to schedules.
Regular shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays (Flex schedule.)
