UPMC Corporate Supply Chain is hiring a Shuttle Bus Operator Trainee in Pittsburgh to support employee transport within city routes. The role includes in-house CDL training to attain Class B license and Passenger Endorsement, then transitioning to a Shuttle Bus Operator role.
Trainees must meet CDL requirements, participate in DOT/FMCSA compliance, and demonstrate strong customer service. Successful candidates will join a union-friendly environment with safety-focused operations.

Are you interested in obtaining your CDL and passenger endorsement? If so, join our UPMC Corporate Supply Chain team as a Shuttle Bus Operator Trainee! This is a wonderful opportunity to attend in-house training to learn the skills needed to take the State Department of Transportation Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) exam. Upon receiving the CDL and passenger endorsement, the trainee moves into a Shuttle Bus Operator position within the department. Our Shuttle Bus Operators are responsible for driving our employees from designated UPMC parking lots to their work locations within the city of Pittsburgh.
Trainees who do not complete the training or do not pass the CDL and/or (P) endorsement exam per program guidelines will be terminated.
